A: You will not need to provide references if you are the current vendor.
 
Q: Polygraph tests will be conducted at USPO offices on 5th Avenue, Birmingham according to Section C. Very exciting.
A: Correct!  You no longer need a facility within the catchment area to provide polygraph services.
 
Q: Is our understanding correct that having an office in the catchment area in Section E1 does not apply to us since our office requirements for polygraph examination locations      are addressed specifically in Section C? We think we just have to affirm that we can provide services for the listed counties at the USPO office in Birmingham. 
A:  Correct!  You no longer need a facility within the catchment area to provide polygraph services.
 
Q: Do we need to include any information regarding our current office location in Birmingham since clients will not be coming there for tests and we do not store records there? 
A: No.
 
Q: Are we correct that monitoring reports for Northern District South are not required in our proposal since we currently have the contract for this area? We assume we will need to provide monitoring reports for Northern District North and other areas where we have contracts because those are currently under separate RFPs. 
A: Correct.  Incumbents are not required to provide monitoring visits if they already hold the award for the proposed catchment area. Only monitoring reports for other BPAs/contracts are required.
