FYI, Bidder's Conferences are held at the Robert Vance Federal Building, located at 1800 5th Avenue North, 2nd Floor, Birmingham, Alabama 35203.  You will be screened by Court Security Officers prior to admission into the Federal Building.

Please note that, when attending a Bidders' Conference, you will need to bring a printed copy of each proposal for which you intend to bid to most easily follow the presentation.  (FY 2024 updates coming soon!)
